Overview
Strength Training is taught over the C block either C-1 or C-2, where your child will have the course the entire year for a forty minute block. During the course of this class they will utilize the bench, squat racks, and lifting machines on a regular basis. Students will learn proper lifting and breathing techniques. Your child will increase their strength, stamina, and flexibility throughout the duration of the year.
